Mold Refresher

This 4-hour Mold Refresher – NY course satisfies New York state requirements for mold license holders approaching expiration. This course will review mold safety and work practices as they relate to EPA, OSHA, IICRC and other governing bodies. This course satisfies requirements for all mold license types including: Assessor, Remediation Contractor, Abatement Worker Supervisor and Abatement Worker.

Upon successful completion, students will earn a Mold Refresher Certificate of Completion and be able to apply to the Department of Labor for their mold renewal license.

Please note that training providers are not legally allowed to apply for NYS or EPA licenses on behalf of our students. Your fee is for your mandatory course completion certificate only, and does not include any state or federal licensing fees. Flatley Read does not issue NYS Department of Labor Hard Cards. Mold courses do not issue half sheets.

This is an online class beginning at 9:00am.  The Zoom Link is sent by email the day prior to class.

Your completed sign in sheet is due by 4:00 pm on the day of class. Your certificate will not be issued if you do not meet this requirement.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the first day of all classes will be eligible for an account credit to be used within one year of the registered course start date. No refunds will be made for no-call / no-show attendees.
